Engineering Project Manager

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to oversee a professional solutions division and lead the delivery of special purpose machinery-based projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope and control deviations
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout project stages
• Plan resources for successful project completion
• Create quotes and manage issue resolution
• Ensure safe working practices and relevant documentation
• Maintain specifications, control budgets, and complete project plans
• Lead internal design reviews and drive product development
• Complete IAT, FAT, and SAT on project machines
• Handover mechanical and controls BOMs to purchasing teams
• Identify cost savings and ensure timely delivery and installation

About You

The ideal candidate should have proven project management skills and exposure to PLC control software and multi-axis robotic systems in a manufacturing environment.
