About the Opportunity

Gohiya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and client-facing projects in Charlotte, NC. This full-time, entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience supporting project operations in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating day-to-day project activities, schedules, and timelines.
  • Support project managers with planning, documentation, and task tracking.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Help organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain project records and reports.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to supervisors as needed.

Eligibility

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools).
