Contract: 1 year and renewable

Payroll: Sundus

Experience: 3+ years

Client: Education industry

Education: Bachelor degree

Language: Arabic & English

Responsibilities

  • Experience in executive support and project coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools
  • Assist in procurement processes, including vendor coordination, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Experience in preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes of meetings, and tracking action items
  • Excellent stakeholder management

About You
