Graduate Project Manager

About the Opportunity

My client is now seeking a Graduate or Assistant Project Manager to join them in Bristol to work on construction projects across Bristol and the South West. They are looking to employ individuals from recently qualified Graduate level to project managers with one or two years post-graduate experience who are either working towards becoming chartered or keen to start working towards becoming chartered with the RICS. Projects are varied, and my client primarily works for large estate holders with multiple buildings.

About Company

My client is a firm of construction consultants providing Project Management for various construction projects including new build, re:fit, refurbishment, alteration, etc. They have a selection of long-standing clients and are extremely busy. They are growing and now have two offices in the UK.

Eligibility

You will be a Project Manager either at Graduate level or up to two years post-graduate project management experience. You should either be keen to work towards becoming chartered with the RICS or may already have started working towards taking the APC. A BSc or MSc in Construction Project Management or a similar subject in a built environment subject is required. You should also be happy to work as part of a team as required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and run meetings
• Take minutes
• Ensure the client's brief is adhered to
• Keep the project moving to complete on time and within budget

About You

You must have excellent written and spoken English and be confident in dealing with people at all levels. You should be forward-thinking and ambitious with excellent client-facing skills.

Benefits

• Salary negotiable based on experience (GBP30000 to GBP40000 plus benefits)
