About the Opportunity
The Bench is recruiting on behalf of a global brand experience agency for a Graphics Event Manager to support major conferences and live event programs in London. Contract will run from now until end of October. This role centers on graphics production, print installation management, and onsite event delivery, requiring a highly organized project manager who excels in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Event Project Management — Lead projects from initial brief through onsite delivery.
- Stakeholder Coordination — Serve as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, suppliers, and onsite crews.
- Graphics Production Oversight — Manage graphics schedules, artwork reviews, proofs, substrates, and print deadlines.
- Vendor & Installation Management — Coordinate print suppliers, installation teams, contractors, and oversee onsite media installation.
- Budget & Cost Tracking — Monitor budgets, maintain trackers, and assess cost impacts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work closely with design, technical design, logistics, production, and account management.
- Workflow & Platform Management — Manage production boards via Monday.com and proofing workflows via Adobe Workfront.
- Technical Artwork Review — Review artwork specs, installation details, and technical drawings with precision.
- Logistics & Scheduling — Oversee transport, delivery timelines, and installation schedules.
- Onsite Execution — Attend builds, manage quality control, and support real-time problem-solving.
- Risk & Timeline Management — Monitor timelines, escalate risks, and manage last-minute changes.
- Quality Assurance — Ensure all produced items meet brand and installation standards.
About You
Key Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in live events, graphics production, exhibitions, or experiential projects.
- Strong understanding of print production, substrates, and graphics installation.
- Hands-on experience with onsite event installations.
- Proficiency with Monday.com, workflow platforms, and Microsoft Excel for trackers and budgets.
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-moving environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control mindset.
- Ability to read and interpret technical and visual drawings.
- Experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel and work weekends when required.
