About the Opportunity

GWS Int’l Portfolio Manager manages the organization’s International real estate portfolio strategy and planning to ensure optimal asset performance, network infrastructure reliability, workplace experience, and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Real Estate Strategy & Leadership Communication
• Portfolio & Asset Management
• Transaction Management (Leasing, Acquisitions, Dispositions)
• Market Research, Financial Modelling & Economic Analysis
• Regulatory Compliance & Governance

About You

Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects and negotiations simultaneously while maintaining cost and schedule discipline. Proven capability to collaborate with business unit clients and peers to incorporate operational needs into portfolio and transaction solutions. Strong analytical skills, including experience building and presenting financial models and economic justifications for capital and expense decisions. Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations and influence outcomes with peer and leadership teams.

Benefits

• Working time: UK business hours with flexibility
• Location: London or Studley, UK
• Salary Range: £60,400 - £90,600 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
• Weekly Hours: 37
• Time Type: Regular
