Lifecycle Project Manager

About the Opportunity

Equans is looking for a Lifecycle Project Manager to join our team at Worcestershire Royal Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, car allowance and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Covering the Worcester Royal Hospital, providing technical & delivery lead around asset management and Project delivery of the Lifecycle plan
• Leading on key technical disciplines related to Building infrastructure, Mechanical & Electrical systems in Healthcare premises
• Engaging with internal teams and FM suppliers to identify assets for maintenance and replacement
• Providing technical support on lifecycle works and compliance monitoring
• Monitoring sub-contractor compliance with standards and budget reporting

About You

In-depth knowledge and experience of relevant processes and procedures, understanding of building fabric and M&E disciplines, commercial and financial awareness, relevant qualifications and accreditations.

Eligibility

This role includes a DBS Enhanced with Barred Lists check therefore ability to pass is essential.
