Lifecycle Project Manager

About the Opportunity

Equans is looking for a Lifecycle Project Manager to join our team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, and benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the P&L and H&S for projects from concept to completion
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Support project, life cycle, and operational teams
  • Ensure on-time delivery and margin optimization for projects
  • Identify and manage project risks
  • Monitor and communicate project financial performance

About You

Proven background in FM, maintenance delivery, and the PFI environment. Strong Project Manager with experience in Healthcare. Commercial awareness, understanding of regulations, safety standards, and financial acumen.

Eligibility

Valid driving license. Ability to pass a DBS Basic check.
