Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of three long-range sensor programs in a fast-paced defense environment, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Own portfolio-level financial performance, including revenue, profit, forecasting accuracy, and cost control.
• Provide direct leadership and oversight to Program Managers, ensuring programs are executed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and corporate requirements.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing disciplined program reviews, risk management practices, and performance tracking.
• Partner with Business Development and Capture teams to shape and win new work aligned with the long-range sensors strategy.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience in program management, defense systems, engineering leadership, or related technical fields. Plus 7 years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing a large program or a portfolio of programs with financial accountability.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex hardware and/or software solutions to DoD customers.

Eligibility

Must be a resident of Huntsville, AL or willing to relocate to the north Alabama area. U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Pay Range

Pay Range $154,050.00 - $278,475.00
