About the Opportunity
Day-to-day responsibilities include loan portfolio monitoring, providing client & advisor support, risk management, and compliance & reporting.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support by performing a range of routine activities using existing systems and protocols.
- Tracking loan performance, covenant compliance, and financial health.
- Acting as the main point of contact for routine inquiries, modifications, and loan restructuring.
- Mitigating credit risk, analyzing portfolio metrics, and managing the collections process or work-outs for delinquent accounts.
- Ensuring that the portfolio adheres to internal lending policies and external regulatory/investor requirements.
- Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software.
- Create a local document management system for an office or department.
- Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contribute to the management of the partnering relationship.
- Find the most effective ways to respond to routine functional inquiries.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures.
