Portfolio Delivery & Governance Lead

6 months Contract Opportunity

Perth Based | Onsite role

We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Delivery & Governance Lead to help establish delivery discipline, coordination, and lightweight PMO governance across a portfolio of initiatives. This role will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to improve visibility, accountability, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Establish lightweight PMO governance and delivery frameworks
• Coordinate delivery activities across multiple initiatives
• Manage interdependencies, risks, and escalation points
• Implement consistent project status reporting processes
• Support initiative lifecycle governance and delivery cadence
• Drive accountability and momentum across stakeholders

About You

Key Experience:

• Strong PMO, delivery governance, or program coordination background
• Experience working in complex transformation environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive outcomes
• Experience setting up reporting and governance processes

This role suits someone who enjoys creating structure, driving coordination, and keeping initiatives moving forward.
