Responsibilities

• Maximize growth and profitability of Wave’s consumer and merchant Financial Service products
• Understand customer behavior and usage to identify growth opportunities
• Develop credit risk frameworks for lending products
• Experiment, test, and scale successful pilots
• Create frameworks to track key performance indicators
• Optimize underwriting and line assignment for lending portfolio
• Deep dive into performance analysis of lending products
• Develop collections and recovery strategies
• Monitor market and macroeconomic trends

About You

You might be a good fit for this role if you have:

• 8+ years of experience in lending or portfolio management
• Experience in financial products such as savings, insurance, or payments
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Proven ability in creating and monitoring credit risk strategies
• Track record operating across multiple markets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Eligibility

This is a remote position available within UTC -5 and +4 time zones with reliable Internet access. Competitive salary and benefits package offered.
