Responsibilities

As a Portfolio Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of high‑value customer accounts, negotiating repayment of outstanding arrears through phone contact, email communication, and skip‑tracing activities.
• Monitor portfolio health through regular analysis and apply proactive strategies to support effective account recovery.

About You

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a portfolio of high value customer accounts, delivering proactive collections activity via phone, email, skip tracing and approved field calls.
• Monitoring portfolio health through regular analysis and ensuring consistent customer contact and timely follow up.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and outcomes within the operating system.
• Onboarding new accounts promptly and recommending escalation, legal action, or closure where appropriate and aligned with policy.
