Responsibilities

• Oversee investment portfolios
• Monitor market developments
• Make informed trading and allocation decisions aligned with client and firm objectives
• Evaluate investment opportunities
• Conduct financial and risk analysis
• Optimize portfolio performance within defined strategies and compliance requirements
• Prepare reports
• Present portfolio insights to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with research and trading teams to refine investment ideas

About You

Prior recent experience as a portfolio manager of ASX 300 securities. Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, assess risk, and support investment decisions. Solid foundation in finance, including understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and valuation methods. Proven experience in portfolio management, including asset allocation, performance monitoring, and risk management. Knowledge of investments and trading, with the ability to execute strategies in line with regulatory and internal guidelines. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA or similar) are an advantage. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, professional integrity, and commitment to responsible investment practices.

Eligibility

Experience working in or with ASX-listed companies or Australian capital markets is beneficial. Ability to work well with and as part of a growing entrepreneurial team in a fast-growing dynamic environment.
