Your Impact

You will advise and lead on the execution of a portfolio of meetings. Your work will be initially focused on a portfolio of firm client events.

Under the leadership of a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will work closely with event stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of all meetings within the portfolio.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 6+ years’ experience in strategic meeting planning in a professional services environment
  • Demonstrated credible leadership, analytics, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to offer new ideas, constructively challenge conventional wisdom, and work collaboratively
  • Skills in leading inclusive problem solving
  • Able to synthesize insights into clear actionable recommendations and identify creative solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to establish trust with colleagues across geographies, roles, and levels, and maintain a non-hierarchical approach with strong influencing capabilities
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to senior leaders and stakeholders
