About the Opportunity

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. Join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Acquisition Support: Analyze title reports, due diligence findings, and site documentation.
  • Acquisition Lifecycle Management: Drive pre- and post-acquisition activities.
  • Financial Management: Provide owned-site inputs for OP planning.
  • Strategic Real Estate Decision-Making: Drive alignment on strategic decisions for operational data center sites.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Portfolio Reporting & Insights: Maintain portfolio-level visibility through tracking tools and dashboards.

About You

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or related field.
Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration within an industrial, commercial, and/or data center environment.
Experience working with and managing third party vendors.

Eligibility

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience reading and interpreting lease language, managing critical lease dates, and conducting lease negotiations.
