Portfolio Manager – Specialist Mortgages & Bridging

About the Opportunity

Location: London (Head Office)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

Working Pattern: Hybrid (50/50)

Reports to: Head of Portfolio Management & Senior Portfolio Manager

Department: Bridging Finance & Specialist Mortgages

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, brokers and internal stakeholders on servicing matters
• Manage requests that vary existing facilities, including extensions, consent to lease and part releases of security
• Maintain ownership of enquiries from initial request through to completion
• Provide customers with clear and timely updates throughout the process
• Deliver responses in line with agreed service level standards

About You

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Portfolio Manager with experience in bridging finance, specialist lending, or mortgage servicing. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience servicing customer accounts within bridging finance, specialist mortgages or a similar lending environment
• Strong understanding of lending processes, customer servicing, and risk management principles
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
• Desire to learn and develop within specialist property finance
