About the Opportunity

OMNIA Training will redefine the British Army’s collective training, standing up as the Army’s Strategic Training Partner. Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and record minutes
  • Maintain PMO Action Log, Decision Log, and Resource Tracker
  • Assist in preparation of reports and briefing packs
  • Provide travel coordination support
  • Provide procurement administration support
  • Manage onboarding of new staff
  • Support Project Controller with SAP management activities

About You

The ideal candidate should have experience working within a PMO coordination/administration role, strong time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work under pressure. We are looking for individuals who are disciplined, enthusiastic, and mission-focused.
