City/State: Colorado Springs, CO USA

Type and Schedule: Full-Time, Salary/Exempt, On site with limited work from home flexibility

Annualized Salary Range: $77,246 - $115,063 commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support managers in daily contract or subcontract execution of multiple programs/projects.
  • Maintain effective communication with subcontractors.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with overall schedule management.
  • Provide concise reports to program managers and leadership team on project status.
  • Help generate project financial reports along with project forecasts.

About You

What We Require

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 2+ years of Program/Project Coordination experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance issued by the US Government.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate.

Eligibility

  • B.S. or M.S. Degree in a Technical Field (preferred Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline).
  • Experience working with or within a branch of the Department of Defense as a Program/Project Coordinator.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP®) or comparable certification.
