Responsibilities

  • Planning & Scheduling
  • Contractor management
  • Preparing detailed Bills of Materials and Bills of Quantities for client review and approval
  • Cost Control
  • Driving success through governing project KPI’s

About You

Prior experience as a Project Coordinator working on similar industry/project

You’re a pro with the MS Office suite of apps and (preferably) ArcGIS

You’re all about attention to detail

You’re a self-starer capable of thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

You proactively seek to continuously improve deliverables and work efficiencies

You’re a team player who likes to have a laugh!
