Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning and delivery of innovative, high-impact exhibitions and booth projects. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating project elements such as timeline and budget management and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth project execution.

We offer a hybrid working opportunity with our creative and collaborative office in London, Manchester, or Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers, Seniors, and Directors in planning, executing, and closing out Exhibit/Environment projects
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports
• Track budgets, client POs, and invoicing
• Provide timely communication to Project Lead and relevant delivery teams
• Participate in on-site set-up, delivery, and breakdown globally

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Passion for Environments/Exhibitions and the events industry
• 3 years of experience in project coordination within exhibit/booth planning or broader event planning
• Ability to manage multiple projects with differing timelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Comfort with traveling and attending onsite events globally
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
