Responsibilities

• Cross‑Functional Alignment: Drive collaboration across NPI, Development, and Operations teams to secure wafer start readiness and achieve First In‑House (FIH) targets on schedule.
• Engineering Sample (ES) Planning: Deliver accurate projections for ES completion and shipment, ensuring commitments are met.
• Capacity & Resource Verification: Confirm wafer start, FI, VI, and tool/resource availability to support ES demand without disruption.
• Lot Coordination: Partner with NPI and Development teams to plan NTI/DOE starts, FI, and VI activities, balancing priorities and timelines.
• WIP Monitoring: Track ES work‑in‑progress, drive dispositions promptly to maintain schedule integrity.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present NPI status reports for internal reviews and executive updates, highlighting risks and mitigation plans.

About You

Required Experience And Skills

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline. Prior planning experience in semiconductor or electronic manufacturing strongly preferred. Knowledge of filter process cycle times and product quality accountability is an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word): familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
