About the Opportunity

Location: Dummer, Basingstoke

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000

You will be part of the Service Delivery team, receiving comprehensive training and support to excel in the business. Your role involves efficiently provisioning products from the SCG services portfolio for existing and new customers, while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Constantly improve customer experience with maximum efficiency
• Co-ordinate internal and external resources, raise purchase orders, and organize materials
• Maintain relationships with key partners for unified service
• Document all project aspects in CRM for monthly customer billing
