About the Opportunity

As a Project Coordinator - Healthy Behaviours in the Working Age and Older People Team, you'll see the direct impact of your work on the health and wellbeing of Suffolk residents. Responsibilities

  • Improve access to the NHS Health Check programme for those who stand to benefit most
  • Identify under-served groups and areas where engagement can be strengthened
  • Design and deliver tailored approaches to break down barriers to participation
  • Evaluate impact and share best practice across the system

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about improving outcomes for Suffolk residents and enjoys working collaboratively with others.

We hope you'll bring:

  • Experience of supporting, coordinating or delivering projects and initiatives
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience of using data and information to identify needs, monitor progress and inform decision-making
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines
  • Good problem-solving skills and an evidence-based approach to your work
  • An understanding of partnership working and co-producing solutions with colleagues and communities
