About The Role We are seeking a Project Coordinator for an on-site position supporting a project in Moorebank, Sydney. Our team is delivering a highly specialized project involving the demolition and construction of new ultra-low temperature facilities, and this role will be vital in supporting the project’s day-to-day operations and building strong, trusted client relationships. The role will be required on site Monday - Friday, with occasional paid Saturdays, through to project completion (anticipated 4-5 months). We'd love to hear from you if you Have a basic understanding of construction principles and proceduresAre familiar with site application of construction management, safety, environmental & quality management tools & processesHave an understanding of the Workplace Health and Safety Act, Codes of Practice, and environmental legislationHave excellent written and verbal communication skills with a variety of stakeholdersAre highly detailed, organised and thrive in a fast-paced team environmentHave a positive, proactive approach to keeping things moving In This Role, You'll Have The Opportunity To Assist the project team in day-to-day site operations Coordinate site logistics, including managing permits, arranging delivery of materials and onboarding of subcontractorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with client representatives, subcontractors, and the SBP Australia teamPrepare and participate in site meetings, inductions, and toolbox talksMonitor site works daily, implement corrective actions for HSEQ complianceFacilitate new worker inductions and maintain accurate recordsSupport project compliance to site-specific management plansProvide reports to the project team as required Qualifications, Skills & Experience General Construction Industry Card (required)Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills 1-2 years in a site-based similar role (preferred)Diploma or higher in Construction Management or equivalent (preferred) About You Comfortable managing multiple prioritiesProactive, adaptable and a solution seekerStrong time management and ability to meet deadlinesFocused on delivering exceptional levels of serviceComfortable working on-site and collaborating with diverse teams If you satisfy the above criteria and are interested in joining our team, please apply online via the apply now button.
