Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Contract Management team in delivering maintenance services across London
  • Maintain an Audit matrix, training/equipment calibration records, and planning
  • Assist in monitoring the contract and ensuring compliance with contract terms
  • Assist in drafting contract documents
  • Update and track all maintenance planning works
  • Attend key planning meetings and stakeholder engagement

About You

Do you have experience in carrying out similar roles? Understanding of planning workflow and document control. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong organization skills, and attention to detail. Proficient in relevant software (CMMS and MS Office Suite).
