Responsibilities

• Leading the creation of compliant, professionally written proposals that reflect Gamma’s value proposition and align with customer values and bid scoring criteria.
• Managing multiple bids at once, ensuring deadlines are met and submissions maintain a high standard of quality and consistency.
• Facilitating strategic storytelling through kick-off meetings, storyboard sessions, and close collaboration with Sales to embed win strategies and competitive positioning.
• Applying customer research and value mapping techniques to tailor responses that resonate with customer priorities.
• Enhancing proposal content using AI-generated material, including prompt engineering and validation techniques.

About You

We’re looking for a highly organised Propsal Coordinator to lead the production of bespoke, professionally written bid responses for our Enterprise and Public Sector customers. This role requires strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to juggle conflicting deadlines.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and drive bid activity across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail skills.
• Confident communicator.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience in applying SWOT analysis and customer research.
