About the Opportunity

Standards Australia (SA) is the peak standards development organisation in Australia, with a rich history dating back to 1922. Currently undergoing significant transformation and growth, we employ over 200 professionals dedicated to shaping Australia’s future and empowering communities.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of national and international standards development projects within agreed scope and timeframes
  • Assisting in planning and tracking project milestones, risks, and issues using enterprise project systems
  • Preparing agendas, minutes, and documentation for committee meetings
  • Coordinating meeting logistics and supporting structured, inclusive committee discussions
  • Supporting consultation processes, ballot activities, and publication workflows
  • Maintaining accurate stakeholder and committee records in CRM systems
  • Assisting stakeholders with project proposals and supporting documentation
  • Supporting Australian participation in international standards development activities
  • Ensuring standards development policies and procedures are applied consistently
  • Responding to stakeholder inquiries and supporting committee participation

About You

You are a highly organised professional who enjoys coordinating projects and working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
