About the Opportunity

Project Co-Ordinator-Industrial Services

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate with clients and control on-time mobilization and demobilization of inspectors to sites in the UAE
• Sourcing of required inspectors with support from local/overseas counterparts and suppliers
• Review the resumes of proposed inspectors to determine their suitability for the inspection assignment
• Ensure all logistical and client/site requirements are met before the mobilization of inspectors
• Support invoicing process with required docs. including time sheets, supporting documents, and required approvals

About You

Your Qualifications And Skills

• BSc Degree in Engineering, Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 4-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing operations
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in managing administrative tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and respond effectively in a dynamic business environment
