About the Opportunity

SolarSense is seeking a highly organised and proactive Renewable Energy Project Coordinator to support the delivery of domestic solar PV and battery storage installations. This is an excellent opportunity for a STEM graduate or an individual with strong organisational skills who is looking to build a career in the renewable energy sector. Previous solar industry experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic solar PV and battery storage projects from order through to completion.
Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Schedule installation teams and coordinate project dates.
Arrange scaffolding, deliveries, and other third-party services.
Order materials and equipment from approved suppliers.
Monitor warehouse stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Prepare and submit DNO applications and associated documentation.
Support compliance with MCS and other industry requirements.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Liaise with suppliers, installers, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
