Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of physical store network
  • Manage new builds, refurbishments, relocations, and closures
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to brand standard
  • Conduct site visits, manage defects, and ensure operational readiness
  • Handle project briefs, contractor onboarding, shop fit coordination, invoice management, and stakeholder communication
  • Travel domestically and internationally across Australia and New Zealand

About You

What You Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering retail or commercial fit-out projects
  • Confidence managing contractors, trades, and suppliers
  • Sharp organizational skills across multiple concurrent projects
  • Clear, considered communication with various stakeholders
  • Financial administration and compliance knowledge
  • WHS knowledge and understanding of building compliance
  • Solutions-first mindset

Who You Are:

You're the person on site who already knows the answer before the contractor asks the question. You've read the brief, walked the space, and flagged the risk before it became a problem. You have been there, juggling multiple projects in different locations. You build real relationships with trades, landlords, and retail teams. People call you back because they know you will follow through. When you hand over a finished store, you're proud of the part you have played and the result you have delivered.

As our Project Coordinator (internally known as Project Manager), you will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of our physical store network. This role includes scheduled domestic and international travel across Australia and New Zealand when required.
