Role Overview

We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support the Project Managers in leading and delivering data-centric projects, including AI, data platforms, and analytics initiatives with a focus on ki60 implementations. The Project Coordinator will work side by side with the project manager to bridge between clients and technical teams, managing timelines, budgets, and quality while ensuring the delivered outcome is valuable and meaningful to the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead full-cycle project execution across data, analytics, and AI domains
• Ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, on budget, and with high quality, achieving measurable value
• Apply best practices and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PMBOK, Scrum)
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using structured verification techniques

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical judgment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 2–3 years of experience coordinating/delivering data-related, AI, or software consulting projects
• Proven ability to work independently and support manage complex projects without minimal supervision
