About the Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Project Director to provide leadership and oversight for complex projects and organizational initiatives. This role is responsible for establishing project direction, aligning project objectives with business goals, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery through effective governance, planning, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support executive leadership with project reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and promote a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Lead change management initiatives associated with project implementation and organizational transformation.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Management, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Ability to oversee multiple projects and competing priorities effectively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Knowledge of project governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Strong financial awareness, budgeting, and resource management capabilities. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at various organizational levels. Proficiency in project management tools, reporting systems, and business applications. Ability to navigate complex business environments and drive successful outcomes. Professional project management certifications are considered an advantage.
