About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the successful delivery of major construction projects. In this senior leadership role, you will be accountable for project performance across safety, commercial outcomes, quality, program delivery, and client relationships.

• You will lead large multidisciplinary teams, oversee key project controls, and drive delivery across complex builds.

About You

Requirements:

• 15+ years’ experience in senior project leadership within construction
• Proven delivery of major building projects valued at $100M+
• Strong commercial, contractual, and HSE capability
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
• Demonstrated leadership of large teams and stakeholder environments
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
