Project Director

About the Opportunity

Equans Data Centers is seeking to appoint an experienced site-based Project Director, supporting the continued growth of our data center operations across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of the project, ensuring alignment with quality standards, commercial objectives, timelines, and budget
• Contribute to bid development activities with the Business Development team
• Provide Health and Safety leadership
• Lead the project delivery team
• Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Act as a company ambassador

About You

Proven experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor.
Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Construction.
Strong leadership capabilities.
Results driven with financial management expertise.
Proactive approach to Health and Safety.
Capable of managing multiple priorities.
Innovative and able to implement new ways of working.
Experience in cost control and budget management.
MCIOB or similar chartership is desirable.
Sound knowledge of UK building regulations.
Understanding of UK Health & Safety laws.
