Responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex live events and experiences.
• Managing and mentoring a team of Project Managers and Producers.
• Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted senior partner.
• Developing project plans, budgets, timelines and delivery strategies.
• Overseeing supplier selection, negotiation and management.
• Ensuring operational excellence across risk management, sustainability and compliance.
• Supporting new business activity, pitches and presentations.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and drive growth.
• Encouraging innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement across projects and processes.

About You

You'll have significant experience delivering large-scale conferences, exhibitions, events or experiential projects, ideally in an agency or fast-paced client-facing environment. You'll be a natural leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, bringing confidence and calmness to both clients and colleagues.
