Responsibilities

Manage high-value, challenging projects and programmes within the Defence and Security sector
Report to the Senior Delivery Lead and deliver projects according to the project plan
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure tasks are scoped and delivered to budget, on time, and in line with client expectations and the WSP Business Management System
Chair meetings, write reports, organize resources, and monitor finances
Be accountable for project performance and achieve outcomes to meet or exceed targets for commercial, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction performance
Support ongoing work winning activities and act as an ambassador for the sector within the business

About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Proven experience in the Defence and Security sector in a project/programme management capacity delivering building or infrastructure projects
Knowledge of MOD policy, processes, and procedures
Experience in Design and Build, ECI or alliancing delivery models with a strong design and construction link
An existing network within the Defence and Security sector
A professional qualification in a relevant technical discipline
Recognized project or programme management qualification
