About the Opportunity
The City of Cleveland is seeking a Project Director to coordinate and supervise all phases of designated program and project development and administration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise program and project development
- Provide training and technical assistance
- Prepare and deliver presentations
- Review and evaluate program/project impact
- Identify project resources, requirements, methods, impact, and techniques
- Prepare funding proposals and government reports
- Monitor program contracts for compliance
- Conduct field site visits
About You
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Public Administration or related field
- Three years of management/supervisory experience in program and/or project development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid State of Ohio Driver's License

Primary Responsibilities
- Plan and develop projects involving skilled trades
- Identify resources and create workflows
- Facilitate training initiatives
- Prioritize critical system upgrades
- Manage procurement and departmental budget
- Analyze and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with other Divisions and Department units
Preferred Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years Supervision experience
- Prior experience managing employees from skill trades
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Cityworks
- Experience working with staff of diverse backgrounds
- Experience working with CWD business units
