About the Opportunity

Turner & Townsend is recruiting for an Associate Director to work on prestigious Commercial and Corporate Occupier projects.

Responsibilities

• Set clear strategy and ambition for the team
• Identify, coach, and mentor talent
• Act as a role model for a One Business culture
• Assist with feasibility studies and procurement reports
• Estimate and plan costs
• Manage tendering, pre-qualification, tender list, and more

About You

Qualifications:

• 12+ years’ experience in cost management
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS qualified
• UK Cost Management experience within Real Estate/Property sector
