About the Opportunity

Your role will involve regional and subregional leadership responsibilities, focusing on project management, energy efficiency, investment governance, operational risk, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee subregional Operations project teams across EMEA, including Africa.
• Maximize project management efficiency using available systems and technologies.
• Deliver the EMEA internal CapEx portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within approved budgets.
• Lead energy efficiency and sustainability-driven capital projects.
• Work closely with Portfolio Management and Finance for investment governance and financial management.
• Embed strong operational risk management, change control, and safety disciplines.
• Develop and mentor subregional Operations project leaders and teams.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in technical/data center environments.
• Educational background in a technical degree at Bachelor level or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects in technical/data center settings.
• Relevant Project Management certifications.
• Strong leadership, team organizational skills, commitment, and drive.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Resilience, task prioritization, proactive mindset, and business awareness.
• Systematic, analytical, accurate, and detail-oriented approach.
