About the Opportunity

Skanska, one of the world’s largest construction and development companies, is seeking a Project Director to join the Hospital 2.0 Alliance, a partnership focused on transforming NHS infrastructure. As the Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the Tender, Design, and Construction process to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and control the Contract Programme
• Lead Method Statements and Risk Assessment
• Manage Project Plan development
• Develop team members through performance assessments

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Demonstrable experience in delivering large-scale projects
• Clear understanding and experience with Hospitals
• Managed projects from inception to completion with values between £250m - £900m
• Experience with full Delivery & Build projects
• Knowledge of CEMAR is advantageous
