Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high value construction projects from inception to completion
• Create project strategies and drive commercial, contractual, quality, and programme goals
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, supply chain partners, and subcontractors
• Own project programme, manage critical path, and mitigate risks
• Build strong client relationships and represent the business

About You

Minimum Requirements: proven delivery of £6m+ high-end construction projects, full control of programme. Strong commercial, contractual, and leadership capability, with planning skills and a track record of excellence in design-led environments.

Eligibility

You’ll bring deep experience delivering complex construction projects, typically in the £6m to £12m range, and feel confident operating in fast-paced, commercially demanding environments.
