Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of operational and business improvement projects

- Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, property, and finance
- Support expansion and transformation programmes across the business
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
About You
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects within leisure, hospitality, retail, or other multi-site operational environments, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and achieve measurable commercial outcomes.

- Proven project management experience within leisure, retail, hospitality, or related sectors
- Strong background in operations, transformation, and business improvement initiatives
- Experience delivering sustainability and cost-efficiency programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
