Project Manager

About the Opportunity

The Project Manager delivers project objectives with respect to the six key areas of performance: Health & Safety, Quality, Cost, Environment, Delivery and People.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management
• Maintaining compliance with the DBFO contract
• Design, agree and implement project plans
• Lead and oversee programmes throughout their whole lifecycle
• Contribute to the development of robust cost profiles
• Identify and evaluate emerging risks
• Commission and manage the performance of Subcontractors and Designers
• Support the delivery of sustainability activities
• Work closely with the Construction/Supervisor team
• Managing NEC Contracts Options as Project Manager

• Good knowledge of performance evaluation techniques

Eligibility

Preferable Qualifications:

• Member of a professional management body i.e. APM
• Formal qualification in management/construction or experience equivalent
• APM PFQ/PMQ/PPQ
• CSCS and SMSTS or Equivalent
• Proficient on Office 365
• Holds a current driving licence
