About the Opportunity

Calling Project Managers! Are you a skilled communicator with a natural ability to influence, motivate and lead others and ready for a new challenge? Then look no further!

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional, hands-on Project Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis to deliver some key systems and business process change projects, and to develop our programme management capability for ongoing technology and business process transformation.

This role can be based in any of our offices across Scotland (Elgin, Peterhead, Aberdeen, Dundee, Airdrie, Glasgow, Dumbarton, Irvine or Galashiels) or as part of our hybrid working model. However, there will be occasional travel across our branches (travel expenses would be reimbursed as set out in Cornerstone's expense policy with travel reimbursed by HMRC legislation).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR and Payroll System implementation project
  • Manage complex HR and payroll processes and data integrations
  • Develop a programme management approach to strategic change within the charity

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll be:

  • An experienced project manager with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experienced in implementing HR and Payroll software and managing business processes
  • Skilled in change management practices and techniques
  • Strong in planning, organization, and problem-solving

It would be a benefit if you also have:

  • A project management qualification such as Prince2 Practitioner, PMQ, PMP
  • Knowledge and experience of the health and social care or third sector
