About the Opportunity

The Vacancy

More ownership. More variety. More room to grow.

WGM Engineering, part of RSK Group, is looking for a Project Manager to join our Off-Site Engineering team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be based from our office in Newbridge, supporting the successful delivery of off-site engineering projects across the UK water sector.

  • Manage project performance against agreed milestones, KPIs, commercial targets, and client requirements, using effective reporting, governance, and change control.
  • Support business development and proposal activity, working with estimating, commercial, and engineering teams to develop accurate, value-led solutions.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, internal teams, and supply chain partners to keep projects moving safely, commercially, and effectively.
  • Promote high standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality performance, while supporting continuous improvement across project delivery.
