About the Opportunity
The Structured Finance Portfolio Management (SFPM) team is responsible for credit risk management and administration activities for a diverse portfolio of transactions in various sectors such as renewable energy, power, energy transition, natural resources, infrastructure/PPP, real estate, and securitised products.
Responsibilities
- Account management of project finance ("PF") and real estate finance ("REF") assets
- Proactive credit monitoring and compliance with reporting activities
- Completion of regular credit processes related to PF and/or REF assets
- Administration tasks and reporting for a portfolio of assets
- Interface with internal departments and external stakeholders
About You
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Good understanding of risks associated with PF and/or REF assets
- Knowledge of legal documentation and financial analytical skills
- Demonstrable experience in managing diverse portfolios
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, self-motivation, and flexible work approach
- Organisational and time management skills
- Second language skills desirable
- Education minimum 2 A-Levels but Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desirable
