Residential Portfolio Manager

About the Opportunity

BlueCare is seeking a Residential Portfolio Partner for a permanent full-time opportunity. This role involves traveling and working across North Queensland, Sunshine Coast, North Brisbane, South Brisbane, and the Gold Coast.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible leadership and operational support across a portfolio of residential aged care homes
• Ensure continuity, stability, and excellence in service delivery
• Assist during leadership transitions and provide targeted operational, clinical, and compliance guidance
• Support homes to achieve high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement

About You

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Residential Service Manager or equivalent senior leadership role within aged care or a related health sector. Other requirements include strong leadership capability, understanding of aged care legislation, financial acumen, and willingness to travel regularly across residential aged care homes.

Eligibility

• Nursing qualification with current AHPRA registration
• Current Queensland Driver Licence
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
