We have 2 x roles in Sydney Reporting to Head of Region Field Delivery, you will lead a high-performing team, influence regional outcomes and create an environment where people thrive and deliver their best work. As a visible and authentic leader, you will build trust and capability, align portfolio planning with field execution, and use strong project management, stakeholder engagement and performance leadership to strengthen collaboration, accountability and delivery. Success will be measured through both operational outcomes and your ability to foster ownership, continuous improvement, engagement and development.

About You

You are a proven people leader who combines strategic thinking with operational execution. You know how to build strong teams, develop future leaders and create clear accountability while maintaining a collaborative and inclusive approach.

Eligibility

  • Extensive leadership experience in utilities, infrastructure, construction, field services or a similar operational environment.
  • Proven success leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams and delivering outcomes through others.
  • Strong project, program or portfolio management experience across planning, governance and execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Commercial acumen and strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory, safety and operational frameworks in asset-intensive businesses.
  • A degree or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Current Class C Driver Licence.
