Job Description

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a candidate with over 10 years of functional experience in the Banking/Finance domain. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in portfolio-level and program management, handling strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support project prioritization to achieve the highest business value at the portfolio level
Participate in discussions and activities related to IT project funding, resourcing, and prioritization
Facilitate request intake and ideation process
Evaluate and manage risks within the portfolio
Align programs and projects with strategic objectives and goals
Collaborate with various stakeholders for successful project implementation
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and take corrective actions
Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects
Ensure allocation of common resources and skills within projects
Guide and mentor project managers in risk management
Provide updates to senior business and IT executives

About You

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and Vendor Management skills. They will also be able to guide and grow a team of project managers and leads to achieve organizational objectives.

Eligibility

The candidate should have strong experience in Banking/Finance domain and at least 10 years of functional experience. Previous experience in portfolio and program management is required.
